The Prime Minister has attended the European Council and engaged in further discussions with the EU in relation to the Withdrawal Agreement. We are anticipating a further Statement from Mrs May on Monday and I will write again after that.
In the meantime my views remain unchanged, in that the better outcome for the U.K. at present is an agreement to Leave on good terms with the EU, for all the reasons I have previously outlined.
If circumstances change in relation to Parliament's reaction to the PM's deal, I will keep constituents informed of my view via social media and the Press. I fully appreciate constituents' keen interest and the diversity of opinions. No MP will be able to represent them all so I will do my best to explain my position in respect of any eventuality.
